You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Privacy protection is assured when submitting your email address. All email addresses are held in the strictest of confidence and are not passed on to or sold to any third party.
SMALL ORDER SURCHARGE
For all orders under $50.00 there is a small order Surcharge which is $5.00 + GST.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any display product you have been sold you can return the product to us for a full refund! We may want to know why you were not satisfied so we can rectify any problems that may exist with the product or our service.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Australia wide!
Our usual order delivery time is up to 5 working days for most Eastern States in Australia and 7-10 working days for other States.
There is a Surcharge of 2.5% for AMEX Credit Card orders only and for other Credit Card Surcharge 1.8% only.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Company Cheques.
Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for the order. If you pay by Cheque this will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fulfill your order.
Local Orders
Our Express Service is the quickest order fulfilment service we have available. Time frames can range from 3 working days through to 10 working days however, this changes for each product. Each of the products on our site will state what the delivery time is. If you have a deadline that is falls inside the delivery time for any particular product, please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline? We won't take on a job with a tight deadline if we cannot meet the deadline.
Indent Express
Our Indent express service is the middle ground, you get a good price as we fulfil your order of shore and you don't have to wait too long for delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery depending on the product ordered from Artwork Approval date. We always mention on any Quote we provide what the delivery time frame will be. If you are not aware of this please contact us before you place your order to confirm. There are minimum order quantities (MOQ) for this service and the MOQ does differ for each product, some as little as 100 and other products have a greater MOQ.
Indent
Indent is the most cost effective way of ordering promotional products, however it takes the longest time to deliver, usually between 6-8 weeks and in some cases 10-12 weeks. This is product dependent, please check with use to confirm the delivery time frame for the product you are interested in ordering. As mentioned we will always include this information on any Quote or Invoice we send you. There are MOQ's to be eligible for this service and these do differ from one product to the next however the MOQ is usually from 500 or 1000 + for each product, please contact us to confirm.
